# Contact Support

If you need help with Glaze, there are several ways to get in touch with the Glaze team.

> Sending feedback and reporting issues won't use your credits.

## Send Feedback

To report a bug, request a feature, or share general feedback, open the **Send Feedback** form from either:

- Click **Help → Send Feedback…** in the menu bar
- Click the Account menu in the sidebar → **Send Feedback…**
- Type `/issue-report` in **Agent Chat**

In the Send Feedback form:

1. Choose a **category**: *Bug Report*, *Feature Request*, or *Other*.
2. Write a **description** of what issue happened or what feature you'd like added.
3. Optionally **attach files**: screenshots, recordings, or documents (up to 20 MB each).
4. If you're reporting a bug, tick **Attach logs from today** to include diagnostic logs.
5. Send it with the button or `⌘` `⏎`.

Your Glaze app version and basic system info are added automatically, so you don't need to include them yourself.

## Rate a response

Every completed agent response in the Agent Chat has a row of actions beneath it:

-  **Copy Response**
-  **Good Response**
-  **Bad Response**

Clicking thumbs up or thumbs down opens a mini **Send Feedback** form where you can:

- Pick a **reason**
    - For a thumbs down: *Incorrect code*, *Wrong behavior*, *Misunderstood request*, *Unnecessary changes*, *Incomplete*, *Too slow*, or *Error occurred*.
    - For a thumbs up: *Accurate code*, *Understood request*, or *Fast response*.
- Add **additional Feedback** to explain more about what you'd like to share with the Glaze team.

Submit with the **Send Feedback** button or `⌘` `⏎` and you can also open this form from the ellipsis menu in the Agent Chat toolbar.

> [!NOTE]
> When you rate a response, the contents of that chat are included so the Glaze team can see what happened. A thumbs down also attaches recent logs to help the team debug.
